香港中文大学护理哲学博士，香港中文大学那打素护理学院（Cochrane Hong Kong）博士后研究员（2022.8-2024.8），山东大学护理与康复学院副研究员；研究方向专注于慢性病健康管理与老年护理，特别关注脑卒中健康管理与健康结局。共发表中英文论文20余篇，其中第一作者发表SCIE/SSCI论文7篇；主持Sigma Small Grant一项，主持香港包玉刚基金会慢性病优质护理发展中心项目一项；担任International Journal of Nursing Studies, Journal of Clinical Nursing, Journal of Advanced Nursing, BMC Nursing等多本中科院一区、二区杂志审稿人，担任SSCI杂志Journal of Contextual Behavioral Science编委会成员。
