Description of Research and Teaching

My research examines: 1. The effects of Traditional Chinese Exercise (e.g., Tai Chi, Baduanjin) and resistance training on the health promotion of perimenopause women, particularly the psychological symptoms in people during the perimenopausal period. 2. The use of TCE in improving the health and wellbeing of older people living in aged facilities. Besides, our research team has developed a sedentary behavior scale to assess people's passive and mentally active sedentary behaviors.
