Description of Research and Teaching
Gao Wei, graduated from the department of nursing of Shandong medical university in 1993, and obtained the master's degree in nursing from the school of nursing of Shandong university in 2007. She has been carried out PICC catheterization for more than 10 years, responsible for the consultation of PICC catheterization and related complications in Qilu hospital of Shandong university and other hospitals, and has conducted catheterization consultation for difficult patients in more than 10 cities in Shandong province, especially good at the treatment of various PICC complications and PICC catheterization for critically ill patients and children.
As the project leader, she held six sessions of "Shandong province PICC professional technology advanced training class" from 2013 to 2018. As the project leader, she undertook the "PICC intracardiac electro positioning technology training class" of Shandong nursing society in 2018, which played a positive role in promoting the standardization and standardization of PICC catheter maintenance in the province.
On August 9, 2015, Shandong province PICC maintenance network launching ceremony was successfully held. More than 200 nursing workers from 17 cities across the province attended the launching ceremony. The meeting also appointed 6 experts as the first batch of special experts of Shandong province PICC maintenance network expert committee, and implemented the PICC maintenance liaison of 246 hospitals in 17 prefectures and cities involved in the Shandong province PICC maintenance network. PICC and establishing "Shandong province maintenance network (WeChat ID: SDSPICC)" WeChat public platform, will each maintenance point of hospital name, maintenance department, maintenance time, maintenance, location and contact number to maintain network platform, and provide patients with a quick and easy way to maintenance, to strengthen the communication of PICC health nurses and promote PICC nursing work.
