Description of Research and Teaching
The main research fields are Nursing management and Intensive care. Her completed and ongoing research projects: Clinical study of standardized off-line mechanical ventilation in patients; The establishment and application of comprehensive evaluation index of new nurse selection based on personality test; Study on the effect and mechanism of sequential noninvasive ventilation on prognosis of children with acute lung injury after cardiac surgery; Establishment of ICU nursing quality evaluation index system based on the criterion of performance excellence evaluation; Clinical and experimental research on the effect and security of enema potassium supplement in patients with hypokalemia; Exploration and practice of the professional training direction of practice nurses-The construction of clinical teaching nurse post competency model and its application in post management; The Construction and evaluation of post management Model of clinical teaching nurses based on competency; Research on the problem-solving oriented clinical nursing teaching to improve interns' ability.
