  • Biography

    Graduated from the inaugural nursing program at Weifang Medical College in 1997.

    Earned a master's degree in Maternal and Child Health and Hygiene from Shandong University.

    Completed a Ph.D. in Nursing at Philippine Women's University, obtaining both a graduate degree and a doctoral degree in nursing.

    Worked at Qilu Hospital of Shandong University from July 16, 1997, to December 12, 2024.

    Appointed as Director of the Nursing Department at Qilu Hospital of Shandong University (Qingdao) from December 13, 2024, to present.

    Pioneered the application of PERMA theory in psychological adjustment for patients with gynecological malignancies (reported by Xuexi Qiangguo, Dazhong Daily, Toutiao, etc.).

    Led the pilot project on discharge planning in Shandong Province (announced and reported by the Shandong Provincial Government website, Xinhua Net, Qilu Net, Health Shandong, etc.).

    Established a qualitative interview database on the quality of life for patients undergoing hysterectomy.

    Founded a hospital volunteer nursing service team, providing multi-batch, multi-angle services to community residents, supporting whole-life cycle and whole-course management.

    Increased the frequency and range of diseases covered by online follow-up and offline home visit services at the hospital, expanding the beneficiary group.
