    （1）Biography(Education, Employment, Professional Experiences and so on)：

    Gao Wei graduated from the Department of Nursing, Shandong Medical University, in 1993, and received a Master’s degree in Nursing from the School of Nursing, Shandong University, in 2007. She is currently a Chief Nurse at Qilu Hospital of Shandong University; a Master’s Supervisor at the School of Nursing and Rehabilitation, Shandong University; Head Nurse of the PICC Clinic at Qilu Hospital of Shandong University; and a Guest Professor at the Second People’s Hospital of Kashgar Prefecture. She also serves as Secretary of the Intravenous Infusion Nursing Professional Committee of the Chinese Nursing Association; Chair of the Intravenous Infusion Nursing Professional Committee of the Shandong Nursing Association; Standing Council Member of the Shandong Geriatrics Society; Chair of the 3rd Nursing Branch of the Shandong Geriatrics Society; Chair of the 3rd Intravenous Infusion Professional Committee of the Shandong Geriatrics Society; and Vice-Chair of the Special Committee on Elderly Health Medicine Training of the China Association of Gerontology and Geriatrics. Her honors include being named one of the “Top 100 Head Nurses of Shandong Province,” Outstanding Society Worker of the Association for Science and Technology (AST), Advanced Individual of the AST“Empowerment-Driven” Program, and Advanced Society Worker.
