Launched in 2017 by the School of Nursing and Rehabilitation of Shandong University, the 9th Qilu International Young Nursing Scholars Forum (QIYNSF) serves as a premier academic platform dedicated to advancing nursing scholarship. Its mission is to foster continuous innovation, deepen international collaboration, cultivate emerging scholars, and promote the integration of nursing with related fields such as public health, rehabilitation, psychology, nutrition, sports science, and social sciences. Having successfully held eight times, the forum has attracted hundreds of renowned experts and young scholars globally, including participants from the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, and Sweden. Committed to the Healthy China initiative and leading the nursing profession forward, the forum remains at the forefront of the discipline. It provides a high-level, multidisciplinary, and international platform empowering young talent to communicate, collaborate, and grow, thereby contributing significantly to the advancement of nursing science.
1. Forum Details
In 2025, the 9th Qilu International Young Nursing Scholars Forum will convene under the theme "Intelligent Nursing for the Future: Integration and Innovation". The forum features two sessions: "Expert Keynote Presentations" and "Young Scholar Presentations". Distinguished experts and young scholars in nursing, health, and interdisciplinary fields from around the globe will be invited to deliver academic presentations, share cutting-edge research findings, and promote academic exchange and cooperation.

2. Call for Abstracts (Young Scholar Presentations)
We cordially invite recent PhD graduates, postdoctoral fellows, and junior faculty members within six years of appointment to apply for the Young Scholar Presentations! Each presentation slot is 25 minutes.
· Application Procedure:
Interested applicants should download The 9th QIYNSF application form (see attachment below), complete it as required, and email it to nursing@email.sdu.edu.cn by Tuesday, September 16, 2025.
· Sponsorship
The host institution will reimburse selected international young scholars for travel expenses up to CNY 10,000 (according to regulations) and provide accommodation and meals.
Note: There is no registration fee for this forum. Students, faculty, clinical nursing professionals, researchers, and others are warmly encouraged to participate.
